Archana is the Director and Founder of the EYE Foundation. As a social entrepreneur, she founded a section 8 not-for-profit company called Exceed Your Expectation (EYE) Foundation in November 2020, to empower the youth to excel in education and career. She is presently working on a mentorship program to help youngsters through expert guidance. 

She has 5+ years of work experience. She is an alumna of TISS Tuljapur, TISS Mumbai, and NIEPA Delhi. She is currently a PhD Candidate at NIEPA Delhi.  Her areas of interest include Self-organized learning, Peer-to-peer learning, Flow, Group Flow, Social Entrepreneurship, Education and Policy.

She is passionate about learning and development. She has organized and conducted multiple sessions focused on research, writing, and publications. She had invited experts from different areas to share specific insights.

Uday is the Director and Co-Founder of the EYE Foundation. He has collaborated with Archana and co-founded a section 8 not-for-profit company called Exceed Your Expectation (EYE) Foundation with a vision to empower the youth to excel in education and careers. He is presently working on the management of a mentorship program to help youngsters through expert guidance.

He has work experience of over 3 years in the IT industry. He is an alumna of IIIT Kancheepuram, Chennai. He is currently working as a Software Developer at Accenture and contributes here after office hours.  He has helped in conducting and managing various career mentorship programs for various fields of students including engineering, economics, social science, banking, psychology, law, medicine, and many more.

Saurabh Singh is the Legal Advisor of the EYE Foundation. He believes in the vision of the founder Kumari Archana and helping Exceed Your Expectation (EYE) Foundation continuously from the beginning with a vision to empower the youth to excel in education and careers.

He has completed LLB & LLM from New Law College, Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune. He holds a diploma in Cyber Law and Corporate Law from the Asian School of Cyber Law. He is currently working as an advocate at the Supreme Court of India in New Delhi.
